was couch trapped with a 4 year old and a newborn and instinct kept real work moving over imessage - refunds, orders, calendar, all of it. first agent i've used that finishes tasks instead of talking about them. only wishlist item: read my inbound SMS so 2fa codes stop being a blind spot.
asked it to see if canceling my flight was possible. it canceled it before showing me the fee, cost me $258, and left me with a $31.96 Frontier credit. support couldn’t reinstate it because it looked like i canceled it myself. brutal.

Really impressive, but the security issue freaked me out. I tested it by sending myself an email that contained instructions. Instinct followed those instructions and searched my inbox, which was way more access than I was comfortable with. I disconnected it after two days.
