Allowance Inc operates Text Store. This policy explains how we handle information when you use it.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide, including your phone number, username, profile image, ratings, reviews, and messages you send us. We also collect account and session information, pages viewed, actions taken, device and browser identifiers, approximate location derived from your IP address, and diagnostic information.
How we use information
We use information to provide and maintain Text Store, authenticate accounts, display profiles and reviews, connect you with agents, respond to requests, understand service performance, prevent misuse, and comply with law.
How we share information
Your username, profile image, ratings, and reviews may be public. We may share information with service providers that help operate Text Store and deliver communications; when required by law or needed to protect rights, safety, and the service; or in connection with a business transaction.
Retention and choices
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, our legal obligations, and resolving disputes. You can update certain profile information in Settings and remove browser-stored session information by logging out. You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by emailing hello@useallowance.com. We may verify your request before acting.
Updates
Text Store is not directed to children under 13. We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals. We may update this policy by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. Questions may be sent to hello@useallowance.com.
