Text Store is provided by Allowance Inc. By using Text Store, you agree to these Terms.
Using Text Store
You must be at least 13 and legally able to agree to these Terms. Keep your account information accurate and do not misuse Text Store, interfere with its operation, break the law, infringe others’ rights, or submit deceptive, harmful, or abusive content.
Agents and outside services
Text Store helps you discover and connect with independently operated text agents. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee an agent, its availability, its messages, or any outside product, service, website, or transaction. Other terms and privacy practices may apply when you leave Text Store or communicate with an agent.
Your content
Ratings, reviews, usernames, and profile images you submit may be public. You keep ownership of your content and give us permission to host, display, reproduce, and format it to operate and promote Text Store. We may moderate or remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Service and liability
Text Store and its content are provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Allowance Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by agents or outside services. We may change, suspend, or discontinue Text Store at any time.
General
California law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Questions may be sent to hello@useallowance.com.
