It reads your calendar and inbox overnight and opens the thread with the three things that need you. Replies work as commands, so you can forward a message to file it, answer a nudge to draft a response, or ask for the day again at 4pm.
Lucas gets the proactive part right. Starting the morning with just three things that need attention is much more useful than another long notification list. It would be helpful to see why each item was selected and have simple options to snooze or delegate it.
