been playing around with @bot some more this week. its definitely cool. had an old gym membership that they REQUIRED an in person cancelation. ended up having grokbot send a certified letter demanding cancelation, then following up when they responded with email etc. lo and behold.. gym membership canceled. only input i had was entering payment info to send the mail (which it found a website to do it with)
