Okay, this is where it starts to feel real. 😂💗 During this cleanup run, my Grok-Devi Bot setup, built on Grok Bot, helped me move roughly 8,700–9,000 junk and promotional email threads to Trash. I kept the rules, judgment, and approvals. Devi kept the repetitive work moving. And when I asked her to show me what she looked like while working... she gave me this. 😂💗 Practical automation, human control, and an AI interface I…

People underestimate on what Grok Bot can do for emails. Email is bigger than I thought. I have multiple email accounts, and now I don’t even go to email app. My Grok Bot automatically read and bring whatever I need with already draft written in my words, it shows on Chat and I can just edit or send. Not only that, It will clean up your email and space It will draw lots of information from emails Every time I ask CEO bot…
@MatthewBerman @bot @SpaceXAI Personnal assistant - my bots are dealing with my emails and schedules, reply to important emails, remind me my priorities and help me with administrative tasks and managing my X account. That's really fun!
@MatthewBerman @bot @SpaceXAI My bot is saving me by filtering out all the inbox clutter. Just by categorizing all of it each afternoon, and telling me which ones will hurt me in the long run if I put it off, I've actually responded to emails in a timely manner for the first time in weeks!!
Started using @bot for productivity yesterday. SahD with no tech exp-use cases felt limited; Day 1 was a success in my book! Cleaned up 4 years of email backlog. Started tracking my family diet. Stress-tested a few business ideas. Spun up an App idea for mil-family connectivity.
My quality of life has improved since I handed my kids’ school logistics over to Grok Bot. Weekday morning digest with the calendar plus what actually needs me. Separate agents per kid pull grades, assignments due, and portal info, dig through school email, triage act-now vs FYI, draft replies I approve, help fill out forms, remind me about payments, flag deadlines. Mental load of two schools into one short brief. Game changer for…
I had over 4000 emails in my inbox, installed @bot and now have 38..... 38
@gssudharsan @bot I use Grok Bots for personal ops. Inbox, calendar that need me, advisor, daily book pages, book worth-it checks, Tesla questions.
@jetha @bot Any cool usecases? The best I can currently do is have Bot send me PR/issue updates, and manage (unsubscribe from newsletters, archive) my email me 😅
the more I put into @bot, the more it can do the more it can do, the more I can hand it that I couldn't before dev, support, content, social, all of it lives there now my personal reminders and email too still waiting to hit the ceiling
Been using @bot as my email manager for a few days and it seems inevitable that email as we know it will be over, thank goodness.
@taylorotwell Almost everyone has this problem. Multiple email addresses, teams chat(s), group texts, kids' school portals, social and work calendars, etc. Grok Bot, in a few days, became my single inbox. It fixed 20+ years of accumulating inboxes.
@kiaraplds @bot Great idea!! I had the email mail clean up bot eat up all my tokens burning junk mail. I had no idea how many tokens that would burn through! Now I have to wait a week for a reset 😭. That bot has been fired.
@larsencc @bot I grokbot cleaning up my email - simply saying delete obvious ad emails. Burned through my supergrok+ usage in about 4 hours and barely made a dent in my 25 year old Gmail account (that I’ve neglected). Very simple and think it shouldn’t be so costly for something like that.
1. Emails. It monitors my personal and work inboxes, as well as inbound for Copper Review, and tells me when there's anything worth looking at 2. Parts tracker. It has access to my Taobao, DigiKey, etc, and can reorder parts and track them. It also maintains a Google sheet of my expenses here. 3. Research for my gf. She has a Claude sub but Claude can't send emails. My grok bot has an email address, so she emails it to ask for research…
@bot just got the rare promotion into my dock. replaced email because now grok just triages it for me. having so much fun creating bots! https://t.co/Gjitirjruo
We've been using Grok Bot @bot for a few weeks now at Amplitude. They've nailed the interaction paradigm by having long running agents in a message interface where each agent can spin up it's own instanced VM to do stuff. I've been using it for scheduling, email prioritization, pulling all the context for a customer and other meetings, and even keeping @anneleeskates updated on the personal front. The @bot team gave me 30 Ultra codes.…
My inbox was drowning in political spam, retail blasts, and junk I never open. So I set up **Grok Bot** to clean it twice a day. Hundreds of emails trashed automatically. Morning and afternoon. I don’t lift a finger. Grok Bot: inbox janitor that actually works.
Thank u @bot for removing my trash. We had 26,000 to get through- only managed 14,000 before tokens expired. But that's still fantastic. All for free with my Grok subscription!! 🥰 https://t.co/vSPt7yYhEm
Using @bot to clean out my email is a game changer. It’s unsubscribing from junk and deleting it, marking old but necessary emails as read, and summarizing the rest. My red bubbles haven’t been this low in a long time. https://t.co/KVSXkdvqYB
Finally got around setting up my Grok @bot, with a Chief of Staff (the only bot I talk to) and several bots: Inbox reads emails and forwards relevant stuff to: - Bills that track spending, upcoming dues, subscriptions - Watch that tracks tasks and watches deadlines - Events that looks for cool events in the cities I'm in - Portfolio that just gives a digest with what's up in the markets - Points that knows my credit cards, loyalty…
@benln @bot Every day. Social post planning. Email cleaning. LinkedIn DM cleanup. Some shopping.
@JK_Lundblad @bot Work on my projects, bookings, emails and calendar management, as of today shopping, social media cross posting. Still pretty rough but it’s already very useful
