i also use grok bot to check for bids we get hundreds of invites per week via email so i use grok bot to keep track of them, where the jobs are, whos the GC, what type of job it is, addendas, etc.. it dumps the plans/docs/specs then i have a bot team that reads the ~400 page long bid documents / specs and scans for what we actually have to pay for, bad clauses, etc..
